The Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE) is one of the nation’s largest health information exchange organizations. IHIE has been around for over a decade, with its roots dating back 30 years. As a not-for-profit HIE, we enable hospitals, physicians, laboratories, payers, and other health service providers to avoid redundancy and deliver faster, more efficient, higher quality healthcare to patients in Indiana. Today, by making information available to approximately 50,000 healthcare providers in Indiana and neighboring states, we deliver services that make a real difference in health and healthcare.
We are seeking a healthcare professional who has a deep understanding and knowledge of health information and implementation processes. Additionally, the Director of Implementation will ensure client satisfaction and improving client implementation processes all while meeting and exceeding business objectives. As the Director of Implementation at Indiana Health Information Exchange, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of customer-facing solutions across our diverse customer base.This position will lead teams of implementation specialists and project managers and organize cross-functional teams to deliver a predictable and high-quality experience for our clients.Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the implementation teams, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their unique needs, and aligning implementation strategies with their objectives.Formalize comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and project milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Continuous review and enhancement of plans is needed.Continuously evaluate and enhance the implementation team and process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, mentor leaders and individuals on communication, approach, influence, and project management.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and client success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and post-implementation support.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track implementation progress, measure client satisfaction, and report results to senior leadership.Coordinate with VPs, Directors, and Managers to define and implement effective strategies for Implementations and that align with the organization’s strategic plan and cross functional areas of the Company.Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to explain, motivate, and push implementation projects to completion.Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for customer related implementation matters (scope creep, customer engagement, etc.)Formalize a capacity planning process that provides predictable resource planning for all IHIE projects that aligns our implementation process with our available resources.Motivate and lead high-performance teams; provide mentoring to direct reports.Develop comprehensive understanding of IHIE products, services, and data assets to provide direction to the implementation team including technical guidance.Become the Implementation SME with authority to identify roadblocks, prioritize strategies and make decisions to drive results.Drive implementation processes and efficiency without sacrificing data quality.Requirements : IHIE Attributes :
