Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with developmental and educational goals.
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons to foster learning and growth.
- Track student progress through data collection and assessment.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents through weekly updates.
- Lead parent-teacher conferences twice a year.
- Organize and participate in Open House events.
- Teach four weeks of summer school.
