Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and front desk activities.
- Ensure the office is adequately staffed and equipped to handle patient care needs.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and enforce workplace policies.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
- Monitor billing and coding practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and insurers.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate and secure patient records.
- Prepare for and manage audits or inspections.
- Patient Experience:

Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or office management.
- Leadership experience in a medical setting is strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in medical software (e.g., EHR/EMR systems) and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
