Purpose : Lead marketing strategy and drive growth initiatives. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing programs to enhance brand awareness, attract new members, cross sell existing members and promote the IMCU suite of financial products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Strategic Support : Assist in the development and execution of a long-term marketing strategy aligned with IMCU goals and mission, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Brand Management : Support brand development and maintenance, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with IMCU values and voice.
- Campaign Development : Assist in planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns (internal / external) to promote IMCU products and services, increase membership, and drive engagement.
- Market Research : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand member needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Budget Management : Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Partnerships & Collaborations : Help establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and sponsorship properties to amplify the credit union's marketing efforts.
- Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Travel : Minimal travel between branches and markets as needed.
