Indiana Physical Therapy operates 19 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including seven in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Avon, Bluffton, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Goshen, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw.
Indiana Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Athletic Trainer to work with athletes at a contracted high school in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Primary responsibilities will be the development of conditioning and injury prevention programs for athletic teams, initial treatment, and subsequent management of injuries to student athletes, and communication/coordination with physicians, coaches, athletic directors, IPT physical therapists, and other school and medical personnel.
Flexible Schedule needed for High School after school games.
Must be willing to travel as miles is reimbursed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training
- Active Indiana Athletic Trainer license or ability to obtain
- CPR/AED certification
- Able to work flexible schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior ability to establish and foster effective working relationships
