Qualifications:
- Education: Post graduate degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist License issued by the
State of Indiana or ability to obtain
- Certification: BLS and AED through the American Heart Association

Indiana Physical Therapy operates 21 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including six in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Avon, Bluffton, Camby, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Goshen, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw. Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy and service options.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment and treatment planning in accordance with established protocols.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility and function, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective discharge planning and care plans, particularly in acute and pediatric settings.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on home and community care strategies to support recovery and rehabilitation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
