This position is located in the Southwest region of Indiana. Servicing the following counties : Sullivan, Greene, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Pike, Dubois, Orange, Crawford, Perry, Spencer, Warrick, Vanderburgh, Posey, and Gibson.

Your Impact :
The Retirement Services Consultant is responsible for the management and delivery of services leading to the education, engagement and support of INPRS members at all stages of work life and retirement readiness. This includes delivery of workshops, group presentations, special event participation, individual counseling, and special INPRS initiatives.
Essential Duties :
- Manages the delivery of products and services that foster INPRS member engagement, education, and plan knowledge.
- Collaborates with others to successfully implement member engagement, education product plans, including collateral development and product delivery.
- Participates in department’s quality monitoring and assurance structure with goals, objectives and response data.
- Consults with members and key stakeholders regarding INPRS’ various defined benefit and defined contribution plans and the role those plans play in retirement planning, engagement and preparation.
