Job Description

Salary : $16.00 / hr

Qualifications :

Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple systems and programs at the same time
Commitment to excellent customer service
Reliable and Trustworthy is a must
Overtime work may be required throughout the year
Shifts and / or schedules may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs
Preferred proficiency in current technology
Able to problem solve and determine solutions to issues as they arise
Preferred knowledge of vehicles

Job Duties for Administrative Assistant :

Answer phone calls and route phones to appropriate department

Greeting customers and assisting them in completing required paperwork

Confirming Appointments and adding appropriate paperwork

Collecting fees and balancing cash drawer at the end of the day

Monitoring email and answering requests from clients

Assisting repossession agents with requests they have throughout the shift

Updating accounts as requested

All other duties as required
