We are looking for a talented and dynamic In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector to join us in our Indianapolis and Surrounding territories who demand of themselves to make $100,000-$200,000.00 or more. Indiana Spray Foam has experienced regular annual growth and stability, installed over 10,000 successful spray foam insulation projects, a high reputation, and high sales and high commission potential.
Job Description
We are looking for a In-home Sales Rep / Insulation Inspector whose duties include but are not limited to:
- Pre-Set Appointments
- Conduct in-home “Insulation Inspection” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of using spray foam insulation.
- Excellent knowledge of and high ability to sell in-home
- Have an unrelenting drive to sell high volume consistently
- Understands the vital steps to any sale and knows how to close
- Can teach customers about our products
- Is a team player and takes initiative and responsibility
- Can listen and knows how to create rapport with a customer in their home
- Knows how to deliver the benefits of our service
- Can rapidly assess the needs of the customer and communicate it in a way that makes sense and brings in the sale
- We have very little turnover and are looking for GREAT people who want a long-term career
Requirements
- Excellent in-home sales track record
- Must Home Improvement Sales experience
- High caliber sales ability
- Knows all the key steps of in-home sales and how to apply each step
- Experience in home improvement products transfers well to this position
- Great attitude
- A valid license
- A very strong will to succeed
- Knowledge of the Pendleton/Indianapolis Area
- Excellent Follow up skills
