Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction:

· Answering customer questions about products or services.

· Resolving customer complaints and issues.

· Taking orders and processing payments.

· Handling returns and exchanges.

· Providing information and guidance to customers.

· Sales Activities:

· Promoting products or services to customers.

· Identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions.

· Working towards sales goals or quotas.

· Closing sales and completing transactions.

· Other Duties:

· Maintaining customer records and databases.

· Gathering customer feedback.

· Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Sometimes may be involved in upselling or cross-selling products.
