Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that adapt to the changing needs of the GlobalNOC and its clients.
- Consistently communicates with stakeholders to understand the business needs of the GlobalNOC and its clients.
- Maintains and expands the existing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process currently in place within the GlobalNOC. This includes developing and maintaining QBR specific KPIs and other metrics and communicating with internal staff during the QBR process.
- Supports ad-hoc performance metric reporting requests from internal staff and external clients. Intakes requests, develops action items, and submits reports through the request cycle.
- Implements dashboards within GlobalNOC's ServiceNow instance to meet the needs of internal staff and external clients based on a set of requirements and continual engagement.
- Follows the implementation process for releasing new dashboards.
- Documents and maintains the metrics, reporting, and dashboards processes and procedures to ensure continuity of support.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
Work Location
Bloomington, Indiana or Indianapolis, Indiana
This position is eligible for remote work or to work a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
