Job Summary
Department Specific Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and mentorship for the web strategy and CRM teams.
- Serves as a member of the Marketing senior leadership team and as a member of the Vice President of University of Communications and Marketing cabinet.
- Plays a pivotal role in steering our web and digital vision serving as a leader of the university's Digital Strategy Initiative (DSI).
- Oversees the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of iu.edu and other centrally managed sites, in collaboration with UITS, as well as key website projects deemed institutional priorities.
- Implements strategies to continuously optimize website performance, user experience, and CTA conversation rates.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop plans, incorporate inputs, and integrate digital initiatives into the broader business strategy of the university.
- Works collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop and execute scalable enterprise web and digital solutions

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. Advertised Salary
175,000 - $185,000 per year based on education and experience.
