Job Summary
- Provides trouble-shooting, monitoring, tracking, resolution, and documentation for all network support areas.
- Assists team members in establishing network and information system needs.
- Provides customer support for issues, requests, and questions related to all network support areas.
- Performs administrative and miscellaneous duties associated with record keeping, inventory, safety and other requirements.
Qualifications
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.

Working Conditions / Demands
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and to operate computers and other related technical equipment. The role is required to maintain and interact with computers and frequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
Additional Information
This position is grant funded with expected annual renewals. Renewals are contingent on the availability of grant funds.
