Job Summary
The O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs seeks candidates interested in part-time employment up to 20 hours per week, working in the facility department to perform a variety of tasks in support of facility services and functions in the areas of custodial, light maintenance, event set up and tear down, and related work.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Assists the facilities department in coordination of office moves and special event set-up and tear down.
- Performs mail room and shipping / receiving duties.
- May deliver packages or mail as needed.
- Performs duplicating services as needed.
- Performs custodial duties as needed.
- May assist the Director in capital asset tagging and inventory tasks.
- May order custodial or other necessary supplies.
- May perform light maintenance as directed by the Director of Facilities.
- Serves as backup and fills in for other position during vacations, leaves, absences, etc.

This role requires the ability to move about the workplace for long durations, the ability to operate tools, ability to ascend / descend ladders / stairs, ability to move furniture and lift boxes.
