Job Summary
This position's main responsibility is serving as a customer service representative for the Student Central office for student services. Offices included in Student Central are : the Office of the Bursar, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Office of the Registrar.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Answers detailed questions regarding detailed policies and procedures related to student accounts, tuition and fees, billing, fee assessment, refunding, registration, drop / add, transcripts, financial aid, student deadlines, and related enrollment management departments.
- Processes payment logs for student accounts.
- Provides outreach to students and assists with enrollment management initiatives.
- Performs office tasks such as counting money, shredding, data entry, duplicating and faxing
- Delivers full range of customer service to all clients including current students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
- Answer calls and emails daily.
- Assists with Enrollment Management outreach efforts to students.
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
