Job Summary
This position will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of nutrition information entered into CBORD's system, the menu management application used by IU Dining. The role is critical in ensuring that nutrition and allergen information is accurate and up to date, supporting safe dining for guests.
Department-Speciifc Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates items, recipes, and ingredients in CBORD's system.
- Verifies the accuracy of information on the IU Dining Nutrislice and NetNutrition websites.
- Updates course groups in the Menu Display Interface (MDI) to ensure the accuracy of Nutrislice spotlight menus and the online database.
- Assists in creating allergen signage for dining locations.
- Participates in departmental training focused on food allergies.
- Visits dining locations across campus to review IU Dining menus and signage.
- Provides support during on-campus events and assist with various projects as needed.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

Ability to commit to the position for 1 year preferred.

12.25 per hour
Work Hours
Must commit and be available for a minimum of 8-10 hours per week. The hours are flexible and can accommodate the candidate's class schedule.
