Job Summary
- Serves as a liaison between service desk and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies potential threats and challenges to network solutions.
- Provides troubleshooting, monitoring, review / analysis, tracking, resolution, and documentation for all network support areas.
- Assists team members in establishing network and informational system needs.
- Provides customer support for issues, requests, and questions related to all network support areas.
- Provides technical and procedural support to staff on assigned shift.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and to operate computers and other related technical equipment. The role is required to maintain and interact with computers and frequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
