Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Serves as 1 of OIE's investigators primarily for student cases alleging sexual misconduct, domestic violence, stalking, and harassment.
- Responsible for managing case files, database information, interviews, correspondence, and documentation associated with the university's Title IX compliance;
- Interfaces directly with students throughout the duration of the case, directing them to university resources and support as appropriate. Places an emphasis on confidentiality of student concerns, university policy compliance, and a culture of care within all direct student interactions;
- Runs reports on case progress, types of allegations, and sanction / action plan completions;
- Assists OIE in coordinating the university's compliance with EEO related laws by handling other related duties and initiatives as assigned, depending on staffing and caseload.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
