Analyst-Enterprise Resource Planning Applications Senior
(This position is hybrid and will require some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements.
- Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements.
- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision.
- Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems.
- Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
- Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
- Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
- Requires experience with professional software.
- Requires project management skills.
- Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
- Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
