Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Infant Mortality Initiative Administrator at our Indianapolis location.

Infant mortality and preterm birth are the result of a complex interplay between medical, behavioral, environmental, social, genetic and biologic pathways and factors. This position is responsible for directing the operations and leadership of a collective impact collaborative with the goal of reducing infant mortality throughout Indianapolis.

The Infant Mortality Initiative Administrator evelops, implements, oversees, maintains and evaluates the Cradle Indy collective impact collaborative with the goal of reducing infant mortality throughout Marion County. Builds and sustains a diverse coalition of stakeholders to implement a collective impact approach to reducing infant mortality. Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the initiative and continued management of the overall operations, including budget, finance and funding. Collaborates with the Cradle Indy stakeholders to understand needs and goals, then establishes policy and direction for the initiative with accountability for results. Serves as a liaison between the community, healthcare, and other stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires 7 years of experience in community collaboration and community engagement.
  • Requires experience with program development, implementation, evaluation, and management.
