Project Manager (Project Management Office)

Job Info

Seeking a new Project Manager to join our Project Management Office Team in Carmel, IN. This role works directly with operational leaders and clinical team members to implement solutions using project management methodologies. This role manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience applying PDCA, DMAIC, or other project management methodologies
• Strong visual management
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Data analytics experience preferred
