Job Title: Part-Time House Supervisor - RN (Day Shift) Organization: IU Health Location: Paoli Hospital

This part-time position encompasses day shifts, requiring availability for two 12-hour days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the hospital’s administrative representative during off-shifts, effectively engaging with personnel, patients, visitors, and the community.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships both within departments and across the hospital to facilitate effective communication.
- Demonstrate proactive engagement in problem resolution to promote quality patient care and address conflicts as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or current Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Additional advanced life support certifications may be required based on unit or department specialty, in accordance with patient care policies.
- Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within one year of becoming eligible.
- 5-7 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
