Riley Outpatient Surgery Center, situated within the premises of Riley Hospital in downtown Indianapolis, stands as a distinguished teaching facility. Featuring six state-of-the-art operating rooms, we offer an extensive array of surgical specialties, encompassing Pediatric General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Pain Management, Plastics, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and Urology.

This position is a day shift, PRN/Supplemental role working 7:00am-3:30pm, rotating days Monday-Friday. Requires NO weekends, nights, holidays or call. Experienced CSTs only.
CSTs provide service and support before, during, and after surgical procedures. Assists in ensuring the presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment, supplies and instrumentation in the operating room prior to each operation. Provides assistance to the surgeon in the operating room as allowed by professional and legal standards. Assists in the turnover of the operating room after the procedure ensuring proper routing and/or processing of all specimens, equipment, instrumentation and supplies. Works as a member of the surgical team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel.
