Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical operations within our healthcare facility in the PACU Department. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing clinical staff, maintaining compliance with ASC policies, and ensuring the effective use of medical records and systems such as Epic. Duties
- Supervise and manage clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with ASC standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in patient management.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of medical records, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular evaluations of clinical operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills in acute care settings and ensure positive moral among the team.
- Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction levels, utilizing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the other leaders on a daily basis in the ASC.
Experience
- Proven experience in a clinical supervisory role within a hospital or acute care environment.
- Strong knowledge of sterile standards.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
