Daily Responsibilities As An Entry Level Event Assistant Trainee:
- Engage with customers within our retail stores to share product knowledge, match them with the best solutions for their needs, and achieve company sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process new sales accounts, and handle confidential information with care
- Represent and promote our client's brands within retail stores with a professional, energetic, and charismatic energy
- Identify customer's needs and build trust to generate new leads for our sales team
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional materials
- Participate in regular training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of our products, sales promotions, and services
- Follow company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with our client's standards
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain an evolving knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to promote our company's services.
