Summary of Position : The Project Coordinator Graduate Assistant will support the Director of Admissions by coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to admissions projects. This role focuses on tracking admissions and partnership-related initiatives, ensuring timelines are adhered to, facilitating meetings, and supporting the overall admissions strategy. The Project Coordinator will help maintain operational efficiency by keeping admissions projects on track and ensuring leadership is well-informed of project progress.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Admissions in managing admissions-related projects, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked
- Monitor and track the progress of key admissions initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that deadlines are met and risks are communicated early
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned on objectives and timelines
- Provide regular updates and reminders to admissions leadership about project deadlines and milestones
- Support communication between admissions teams and other relevant departments, ensuring project-related information is shared appropriately
