Duties and Responsibilities
- Office Manager
- Assist with day-to-day physical operations of the Dean of Students Suite 282
- Oversee ID generation with assistance from student workers
- Conduct the hiring of Student Development Suite 282 front desk student workers
- Determine job responsibilities and work loads of all Suite 282 front desk student workers
- Train, supervise, and evaluate Suite 282 front desk student workers
- Process all payroll time attendance for front desk student workers for Suite 282
- Support the administrative needs for the Dean of Students departmental areas (support for this will be provided by student workers or other staff personnel) as needed and appropriate based on time availability
- Process check requests, reimbursements, and journal entries for the Dean of Students departmental areas
- Track and process all copy charges monthly
- Work with Assistant to the Vice President of Student Development and Athletics on centralized office supply space and ordering
- Assist the Dean of Students with implementation of the student Clearance process, New Student Move-In day, New Student Registrations
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Dean of Residence Life & Dean of Students including, answering phones, coordinating appointments, taking messages, budget and financial reporting, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and distributing confidential materials
- Organize and maintain all office files (physical and computer files) related to the overall administration of Residence Life and Dean of Students Suite 282
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Students - (Essential)

Education
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
