INDIANAPOLIS COLTS HARRIET P. IRSY WOMEN IN FOOTBALL FELLOW
The Indianapolis Colts are seeking to hire high potential candidates to contribute to the Club's football staff, while also fostering and expanding upon the Club’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, through the Harriet P. Irsay Women in Football Fellowship Program. This Program affords two diverse and talented women (“Fellows”) the opportunity to work in entry-level roles, for the 2025 off-season and season, to gain invaluable professional football experience with the Club’s coaching department and football operations.
FELLOWSHIP OBJECTIVES
Fellowship objectives include but are not limited to the following, which may change at any time with or without notice:
- To afford female personnel the opportunity to work in the Colts football operation, in an entry-level role, for a season and gain invaluable experience
- To provide the Colts with access to high potential candidates to contribute to its football operation while also fostering and expanding upon the Club’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- To create a pipeline of qualified such employees that have successfully completed this program to be considered for future, more senior positions with the Colts and other NFL teams
FELLOWSHIP QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to embodying the team’s core values in support of the Club’s mission to entertain, inspire, and unite by winning the right way, Fellow’s qualifications will include:
REQUIRED
- Proficiencies in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Zoom; football video systems (e.g., XOS, DV Sport); football playbook systems (e.g., PlayerLync, Game Plan); other third-party football information systems (e.g., Telemetry); and football communication platforms (e.g., Teamworks)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in football analytics, player personnel, or sports performance.
