Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Supervisor located in Plainfield, IN. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, provide supervision to clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include conducting case management and clinical supervision, developing treatment plans, and supporting the professional development of staff. The Clinical Supervisor will also monitor patient progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology skills
- Experience in Supervisory Skills and Clinical Supervision
- Case Management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Relevant clinical licensure in the state of Indiana LAC, LCAC, CADAC II
- Experience in addiction treatment is a plus
