What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Program Staff position at Indianapolis Public Schools?
This job includes working with kiddos ages 3 years up to age 12 years of age. The person is responsible for helping with our non-nappers, homework help, getting school age kiddos off the bus, crafts, games, positive interactions with parents at drop off and pickup, Christian-focused individual to help instill a Christian foundation in the kiddos. Team player but can also work independently to create activities etc. for age appropriate development. Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable and on time for work. Limited call-ins.
Work hours 12 pm to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
Part time. There is usually opportunities for more hours to help cover other staff days off.
Part time so no paid days off, no vacation days.
