- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment.
- Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to lead teachers as necessary.

- Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool or daycare settings.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior among students.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
