Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES
Ability to use appropriate language and accompanying techniques with adolescents on a one-to-one basis as well as in groups. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers and parents; skill in oral and written communication.

- To provide safe, affordable, high quality before and after school care for children while parents work or attend school
- The Before School Component operates from 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. following the RBBCSC calendar.
- The After School Component operates from 3:15 - 5:45 p.m. following the RBBCSC calendar.
- assist to engage students in weekly activities and programs
- assist in implementing EPS procedures and expectations
- promote student safety
- other duties as assigned by administration
