- 3-day pre-service class to obtain a "yellow card"
- 4 hours of observation and 8 hours of driving time
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Paid year-round (including summer months)
- Summers, holidays, and school breaks off
- 181 workdays
- Typical route runs 1 hour and 15 minutes twice a day (before/after school)
