The candidate must be knowledgeable in equitable instructional practices to support the needs of all learners, believe in the power of teamwork, and provide excellent instruction in their classroom everyday.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective lessons
- Support students to build language acquisition as demonstrated by achievement growth (WIDA ACCESS, SAT, etc).
- Consistent and frequent collaboration with classroom teachers to ensure instruction and assessments are appropriate for the multilingual students at their current level of English proficiency.
- Manage required paperwork (ILPs, placement tests, WIDA ACCESS administration, etc.)
- Certified English Learner Teacher
