Guest Teachers support the learning process by
- Maintaining a safe and mutually respectful classroom
- Following teachers' prepared lesson plans
- Holding scholars accountable to teacher expectations
- Communicating detailed daily feedback to teachers
- Be part of a talented, close-knit community
- Direct their work schedule, working as many as 5 days per week
- Enjoy opportunities for long-term and/or full-time placements
- Hold a post-secondary degree or be actively pursuing higher education
- Share their love of learning with scholars
- Maintain professionalism with scholars and peers
- Be competent in basic computer use
