Vernon High School is looking for a team-oriented, enthusiastic professional educator who can connect and build positive relationships with students while working to help students develop life and vocational skills and explore possible career opportunities to ensure a successful transition to life after high school.

- Complete all requirements of the Teacher of Record role
- Provide instruction as outlined in students' IEPs
- Provide vocational opportunities for students
- Conduct task analysis of various job opportunities, provide training for support staff, and collect data to ensure positive vocational outcomes.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop positive behavioral intervention plans, as appropriate, to meet students' individualized needs.
- Collaborate with school staff.
- Establish positive relationships with families.
