- School is located in southwest Marion County
- Member of Jr. Mid-State Conference with Franklin Community MS, Greenwood MS, John Wooden MS - Martinsville, Paul Hadley MS - Mooresville, Perry Meridian MS, Plainfield MS, and Clark Pleasant MS - Whiteland
- Certified athletic trainer on staff
- Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of conditioning, running form, and sprint workouts
- Ability to form positive relationships with student-athletes, school staff, and community members
- Ability to organize, supervise, and administer all phases of an education-based track and field program
- Ability to contribute positively to building the program, aligning with varsity program goals and athletic department mission
