Position Overview
IHA seeks dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrators at both campuses.
Key Responsibilities include
Office Operations: answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail
Maintain student, staff, and financial records
Manage educational technology, supplies, and resources
Assist school leadership with administrative duties including coordinating maintenance and food program
Communicate regularly with families & colleagues
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred
