Job Summary
The Concession Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concession stands, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role involves managing staff and scheduling staff for the weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in staff management as well.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train concession staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff as needed to maintain optimal team performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including kitchen facilities.
- Schedule employees for weekend tournaments
- Work on weekends in concessions managing employees and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding service in a dynamic and busy environment. It is a seasonal job March-October hourly pay plus tips.
