Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage landscape and grounds maintenance operations. This role is essential in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces, including gardens, trees, and other landscaped areas. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, and tree care.
- Lead a team of groundskeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas.
- Oversee irrigation systems to ensure proper watering practices are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to assess health, safety, and aesthetic conditions.
- Train staff on best practices in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques.
- Collaborate with management to plan new landscaping projects or enhancements.
