Software Contracts Supervisor
Classification: FLSA Exempt
Reports To: VP, Life Science Applications
Summary
The Software Contracts Supervisor at Indica Labs drives ongoing recurring revenue streams through managing renewal of Service, Maintenance, and Support (SMS) contracts and term licenses.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Directly responsible for reaching annual sales goals set for SMS renewals and for processing term license renewals on behalf of the applications team.
· Identifies, plans, and implements systems, technologies and processes to assist in achieving SMS revenue targets, including but not limited to:
o Managing, tracking, and consolidation of multi-asset SMS contracts within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
o Processing pre-and post-sales documents provided by customers to ensure they are routed appropriately and completed in a timely manner
o Providing systems to track customer assets for support purposes
o Managing a documented process for SMS renewals
· Seeks out, establishes, and manages communication with appropriate customer stakeholders for SMS renewal
· Develops, manages and documents processes for software contract management
· Supervises Software Contracts (formerly Sales Operations) team
- Responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field, experience can substitute on a year for year basis
· Four years of experience within sales operations or a similar role in sales or customer support
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience working with a CRM
· Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products
· Authorization to work in the United States, or appropriate authorization to work in the applicant’s current home country (Indica Labs, Inc. does not sponsor work visas)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in inside or outside sales
· Experience with CRM management and customization
· Qualifications in finance, accounting, or business
· Preference given to applicants currently residing in New Mexico
