Key Responsibilities
- Partner with creative talent to create best in class creative assets while staying within budget
- Oversee the end-to-end production of content for marketing campaigns, video, digital assets, and experiential projects.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts to fruition.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors, production crews, and talent as needed.
- Coordinate with clients to incorporate feedback, brand best practices, and creative best practices into the content development process.
- Prepare for and attend content shoots to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and provide creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to manage expectations and project scope.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.
- 4-5 years of experience in a creative production role at a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of content production, including video, photography, design, and digital media.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in production software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, and digital asset management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
