We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager (contractor) to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). In this role, you will provide critical support in executing influencer marketing strategies, managing content workflows, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and has a strong understanding of TikTok and Meta influencer marketing within the US CPG market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing multi-tiered, data-driven influencer marketing strategies (paid and earned) developed by the team.
- Support cross-functional teams to align influencer initiatives with marketing goals.
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of influencer content across social and digital platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and KPIs.
- Assist with the management of paid boosting for influencer content and facilitate the licensing process for UGC.
- Help track and reconcile the influencer marketing and partnerships budget.
- Support the team in measuring and reporting earned and paid influencer value, ensuring consistent tracking of ROI metrics.
- Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, especially within the US market, providing regular updates to the team.
- Research potential influencer partners and innovative content ideas to enhance program effectiveness.
- Assist in executing brand partnerships and influencer campaigns that align with revenue and awareness goals.
- Support coordination with the retail team to develop i-commerce influencer programs tailored to US customers.
- Help maintain and update an always-on content calendar for personal care categories, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
