About the Role : We are seeking a socially native, culturally savvy Influencer Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract to lead and execute influencer partnerships and campaigns. This role requires 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand marketing, with a strong understanding of the Canadian market, paid media, and retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Profile
Social Media & Influencer Strategy
- Work with Dove (Personal Care) and agency partners to execute social-first, data-driven influencer programs (paid & earned) to generate content, driving growth and credibility for the brand
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of influencer content across social and digital platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and KPIs.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube primarily, as well as Pinterest, Snapchat,Twitch, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to speak the social language, identify trending content, with knowledge of Canadian influencers
- Assist with the management of paid boosting for influencer content.
- Research potential influencer partners and innovative content ideas enhance program effectiveness.
