Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Maintain detailed and organized project trackers, status documents, and shared files
- Proactively flag potential risks and recommend solutions before issues arise
- Anticipate roadblocks and adjust plans with input from senior team members
- Account Management:
- Support day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and activation teams to keep deliverables on track
- Support client communication through clear, concise documentation and meeting recaps
- Team Support:
- Willingly jump into new or ambiguous areas to move projects forward
- Support strategic initiatives across the business, applying a balance of creativity and structure
- Show up as a reliable, professional, and proactive teammate
- Strategic Support and Insight Contribution:
- Demonstrate growing knowledge of marketing strategy and apply it to project work
