We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Design & PCB Engineer to join our industrial radar team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic research and product development environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop cutting-edge hardware for innovative sensor systems. This position reports to the Technical Manager of our industrial division.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware for radar and telemetry systems, including:
- Circuit design.
- Schematic design for power supplies, analog signal chains, and digital systems.
- PCB layout and design.
- Hardware bring-up and testing.
- Supervise electrical and mechanical co-design.
- Define specifications for test systems.
- Support certification processes for radar and telemetry systems.
- Collaborate with the test group to transition PCBs and test systems into production.
- Work closely with engineers, production teams, and industry partners to define system requirements.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field with a focus on electronics.
- Professional experience with PCB and system design using Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
- Background in RF technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with working with standards and norms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Business-fluent English and German language skills required.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and field trials is advantageous.
