Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Ensure that the pre-delivery process is completed properly according to the Audi delivery checklist, and the vehicle is ready for the guest (cleaned and with a full tank of fuel).
- Provide a thorough explanation and demonstration of Audi's vehicle features, including infotainment, driver assistance, and connectivity systems
- Master vehicle product knowledge to confidently educate customers before delivery
- Personalize the vehicle delivery based on the customer's needs and interests
- Oversee the guests first real interaction with their new Audi, ensuring a seamless and exciting experience
- Utilize all available resources and applications to provide product support and answer customer questions
- Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in customer explanations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship
- Provide an extensive and customer-oriented product experience, explaining complex product features based on the customer's actual needs
- Support the sales department on product-related tasks and activities
- Maintain constant communication with designated sales personnel at the dealership on vehicle delivery and any schedule changes
- Arrive to scheduled appointments on time and keep clients informed of any changes
- Acquire and maintain total product knowledge on all vehicles and understand competitor vehicle features, benefits, and potential shortcomings
- Stay updated on new Audi models, features, accessories and their benefits to better educate clients
- Achieve client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follow up with new owners to ensure their delivery experience exceeded expectations
- Maintain high ethical standards in all actions and always present a professional appearance
- Demonstrate passion for the Audi brand and its products
- Confidently utilize new media, including tablets, social media, and digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Assist in other areas of the Sales Department and perform administrative duties as assigned

Pay range for this role is: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour bonus opportunities
