What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our indiGO Auto Group team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Enter pay data into the ADP database and into Excel spreadsheets for import
- Process monthly commission and bonus payments
- Update employee personnel and employment information in ADP which could include pay increases and other pertinent information
- Create innovative ideas to help streamline payroll processes
- Support HR Generalists, Managers, and Director with ad hoc requests and projects
- Input wage garnishments in ADP for processing
- Input 401K updates in ADP for processing
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee pay inquiries
- Work closely with the accounting departments across all dealerships
- Maintain confidential employee information
- Performs other duties as assigned
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- 2-3 years of experience using ADP workforce required
- Experience with a multistate payroll is a plus
- An Associates Degree in Accounting and/or an equal amount of experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Report Building through ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Positive attitude
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
- Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
