Job Overview
Indigo Kitchen & Bath is looking for an energetic Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Representative to add to the team in our well-established company. As a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual, you will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders to fulfill their kitchen and bath needs. Responsibilities
· Make contact with potential customers both at their locations and in our showroom
· Consistently follow up with both warm-leads and existing customers
· Determine the customer’s needs and budgets
· Guide customer through product selection and recommend solutions that close the deal
· Prepare kitchen and bath designs and quotes
· Communicate effectively with operations team, vendors, and installers
· Manage change orders and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and return business
· Participate in product trainings and sales team meetings to continuously expand product knowledge
Requirements
· A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction materials
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Competitive, ambitious, and detail-oriented
· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
· Experience using a variety of computer programs (Excel, Email, Salesforce, 20-20, etc.)
· Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
