Job Summary:
Indigo Manor is looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to manage the maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead all maintenance staff and activities within the facility.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition.
Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Oversee repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance initiatives.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and correct usage.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and enhance resident satisfaction.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
